Three LCS Development, An LCS Company, led projects received the National Bronze award to recognize their forward-thinking renovation and design from the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

LCS Development partnered with Direct Supply® Aptura® on a full makeover at each community. The renovations used a human-centric approach to enhance the vitality and well-being of residents through well-placed amenities and shared spaces that bring residents together. New cafes, bar and lounge areas, welcoming entryways, and outside social areas for residents to use during fair weather.
