Life Care Services, An LCS Company, has honored 17 of its communities for achieving 100% occupancy across multiple levels of resident care. An additional 43 communities received recognition for reaching 95%+ occupancy, with many reaching this achievement across multiple levels of care. Community leaders received the recognition during the 2022 LCS Sales Conference held in San Antonio, TX, on Sept. 8.  
 
“Reaching 95%+ and 100% occupancy is a testament to the dedication each of these communities make to live our SalesFIRST culture and create paths for seniors to move into our communities,” said Chris Bird, LCS EVP/Chief Operating Officer. “These communities understand that everyone plays a role in that process from the concierge, dining room server, or caregiver. Congratulations to each of the honorees for their leadership and dedication to our current and prospective residents.” 
 
Recognized communities cover independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing. Each achieved their recognized occupancy milestone at some point between January 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022. Life Care Services communities receiving 100% occupancy recognition include:
