LCS, the nation’s third-largest senior living provider, has honored 66 of its owned or managed communities for achieving 95% whole-house occupancy or 95% occupancy across one or more levels of resident care. Community leaders received the recognition during the 2024 LCS Senior Living Management Meetings held at the LCS home office in Des Moines, Iowa on June 25, 2024.

LCS’s impressive numbers continue to stay ahead of the industry average occupancy of 85.6% as reported in the first quarter 2024 occupancy report from the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care and NIC MAP Vision.  

Recognized communities cover independent living, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing. Each achieved their occupancy milestone at some point between January 1 and June 15, 2024. LCS communities receiving 95% occupancy recognition include:
