LCS has recognized 55 of its owned or managed communities for achieving 95% whole-house occupancy or 95% occupancy across one or more levels of resident care. Community leaders received the recognition during the 2025 LCS Sales Conference held in Orlando, Florida February 5-7, 2025.

LCS’s impressive numbers continue to track ahead of the industry average occupancy of 87.2% as reported in the fourth quarter 2024 occupancy report from the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care and NIC MAP Vision.  

Recognized communities cover independent living, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing. Each achieved their occupancy milestone between July 1 and December 31, 2024. LCS communities receiving 95% occupancy recognition include:
