Blakehurst Interior Renovation Progressing at a Strong Pace
This ambitious project reflects years of collaboration between LCS, LCS Development, LCS Real Estate, community leadership, residents, partners.
The first phase, currently in progress, focuses on modernizing nearly 55,000 square feet of resident corridors within the clubhouse. Additional phases will continue throughout 2024 and into 2025, ensuring the revitalization of common spaces and resident areas including expanding the pub to include a full menu. This will add a dining venue and increase dining options from two to three. In addition, takeout and grab-and-go options will be added. Randy Kuser, project development manager, from LCS Development is spearheading this transformative initiative.
