LCS Receives Two Culture Excellence Awards from Top Workplaces USA
LCS, the nation’s third-largest senior living provider, has received two Culture Excellence Awards for Employee Appreciation and Professional Development from Top Workplaces USA. The awards recognize companies that go above and beyond to cultivate outstanding workplace cultures.
Top Workplaces describes the two awards as follows:
Employee Appreciationcelebrates organizations that demonstrate gratefulness for the efforts of employees, and that employees reciprocate by being motivated to give their best at work.
Professional Development recognizes organizations that focus on developing their employee's careers and enable them to grow professionally.
These recognitions add to the list of 2024 Culture Excellence awards previously earned by LCS, including Compensation & Benefits, Innovation, Leadership, Purpose & Values, and Work-Life Flexibility.
LCS’s culture has continued to be nationally recognized. In addition to landing on the Top Workplaces USAlist for the past four years, LCS has appeared on the Des Moines Register’s Iowa Top Workplaceslist for six consecutive years. And earlier this year, LCS was one of 60 companies selected by Gallup to receive a 2024 Exceptional Workplace Award.
