Intergenerational Living at Broadview at Purchase College

Late summer groundbreaking scheduled for senior living community
LCS Development will begin construction on Broadview at Purchase College, a senior living community on the State University of New York Purchase College campus in late summer of 2021. Located in Westchester County, New York, the partnership between LCS Development and Purchase College benefits students and older adults.
When complete, the community will offer a truly unique intergenerational living and learning experience. Residents at Broadview will be able to immerse themselves in a safe and stimulating environment. They will have access to classes, faculty lectures and performances at the college, as well as opportunities to mentor students.
Slated for completion in the winter of 2022-23, the senior living community will be managed by Life Care Services.
